The services provided cover three core stages.

  • Initial Search– Firstly, there is the initial property search for suitable opportunities in line with the criteria set by the client, and discussed either by telephone or in person. Once we have a full understanding of your existing and future property requirements we will focus on the selected areas and variables given, providing a shortlist of all on and off market opportunities known, tailored to meet your personal needs and ambitions.
  • Negotiation– Once a suitable property has been found and an offer is made, careful negotiation becomes paramount so that most importantly you secure the property in your favour at the best price. Our success comes from having the experience to bid competitively and with all due diligence carried out over the property in question; we would include within this, any information relating to issues and constraints over the property and reflect this in the client’s interest.
  • Acquisition – Once the Heads of Terms have been agreed we will liaise with your conveyancing solicitor (or make appropriate recommendations for such service) and regularly speak with the seller’s agent and any other advisers, to ensure the momentum of the purchase is maintained and the sale successfully progresses.
